THE PLAN
To build an optimist vision of our future based on the ideas and movements of today.
The Covid-19 crisis has shaken up the system as well as our daily lives, proving that changing the world can indeed happen very quickly. The time has come to redesign our way of life in such a way that, as we return to some sense of “normalcy”, we do so taking a step towards a brighter future.
WHAT WE’RE DOING
A Movie:
We will be producing a series of short animated films to be broadcast on this website and social media along with complementary information. Ultimately, the short films will come together to form a feature film.
A book:
With these images and stories, we will assemble a visually striking book presenting more detailed information on each topic, as an invitation to learn more.
An Educational Program:
We also wish to combine all this material into a guide professors and teachers across the world can use to offer children and youth a hands-on theoretical approach to learn about the defining issues of our future.
HOW WE’RE DOING IT
We are coordinating the collective production of the project through this website, theimpossiblefuture.org, as well as its Spanish version, elfuturoimposible.org.
